Heather Earl brings her culinary and aviation expertise onboard your private aircraft. Menu planning, shopping, stocking your aircraft and creating and serving delicious onboard dining experiences is all part of my service.

An intimate dinner for two or a group of friends. I do all the work while you sit back and enjoy a meal in the comfort of your own home. Try out a new ethnic cuisine or a favorite classic dish. We customize the menu so you will love every bite.

~SMALL PARTY CATERING IN YOUR HOME~

Enjoy the comfort of your own home while I prepare and serve a custom menu designed specifically for you and your guests. I believe in high quality food with attention to detail so maximum size is 30 guests. Leave all the setup, decorations and cleaning up to us while you socialize and savor delicious food and drinks.

~COOKING CLASSES & DEMOS~

Get together friends for a fun, delicious social gathering. Hosting a cooking party is a great way to learn new cooking techniques, recipes and skills you can use in your own culinary adventures. Enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine while you watch a cooking demonstration, then enjoy the delicious results with no cleanup chores!

New Baby? Recovering from an injury or surgery? Guests coming? Let me stock up your Fridge with healthy, homemade meals while you take time to nurture yourself. A big pot of Vietnamese Curry, Hearty Soup, Homemade Bread, Trays of Fresh Vegetables with dips, Fresh Fruit, Muffins can all be available in you kitchen so you have an array of healthy nourishing food in your own home. This is a great gift for new parents.

Give your team a unique team building experience and an evening of great food. We customize the menu and build in a bit of a challenge for your team. They will have to collaborate and compete while they vie for the best cocktail or appetizer creation. After the competition, your team will enjoy sharing a delicious meal together.
